Running started with x-country at school. Being good at maths meant that I was coerced into Orienteering, which was my main interest to well past university. At the age of 18 I started Mountain Marathons and other long navigation events, which is about all I ran in my late 20's early 30's as I lost interest in running. Teaming up with my bro for MMs rekindled my interest and I started taking things seriously again. I sorted out my recurring calf problems, changed training regime, started fell running seriously, and since turning Vet, not looked back. Recent PBs
