Thinking of joining us? Great! Whether you’ve just done your first 5km or are a seasoned runner, we would love you to come and try us out.
We are pleased to offer you two months’ complimentary introductory membership so that you can trial a few Club Runs before deciding whether to become a Tring Running Club member.
Our Club Runs are in groups of six or fewer people, lead by a Run Leader. We offer a wide range of pace groups and distances, catering for people new to running to those who are super speedy. Hopefully we have something to suit you. These Club Runs start at various local locations, on various days and various times. Many runs are in the evening and on trails (not on road) so please bring a headtorch.

The table below shows the range of Club Run pace groups normally out each week. If you have run a Tring parkrun you can use your personal best time (PB) as a guide to which group you should join, as this is something most local runners are familiar with and also is similar to the terrain we run on. If you haven’t run Tring parkrun then take away about 90 seconds from the Tring parkrun time to get to a flatter 5K course equivalent.
