New to Running/enjoying parkrun/worried a club will be too fast for you?

If this is you take note that from mid May our entry level running group at Tring RC, Bridging Group, will be dropping back to flatter 3m routes. Over the summer it will build up to 5-6m routes, including hills and trails. If you would like to be part of our Bridging Group and widen your running experience come along and try it. To get the most from the Bridging Group you should be comfortable running 5k, walking breaks are fine, and complete a parkrun in around 35 minutes.
